At PetsMaxCity we are committed to keeping your pets healthy and happy. We
want to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If for some reason you
would like to return your merchandise, you may return it within thirty (30) days
of receipt.
Please contact a PetsMaxCity representative for a Returned Goods
Authorization (RGA) number within thirty (30) days of receiving the
merchandise. Returned product must be accompanied with an RGA and will be
accepted for a 15% restocking charge and shipping costs. The product must
be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. A credit will not be
issued if the merchandise is not the original product invoiced or in the original
packaging.
Return Instructions for Products:
I. Contact a PetsMaxCity representative within seventy-two (72) hours of
delivery date for a Return Goods Authorization number.
II. All goods must be returned in original packaging within thirty (30) days from
delivery date.
III. Enclose the invoice with a reason for return.
***All returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking charge
